Culdesac Tempe is a 17-acre, car-free neighborhood in Tempe, Arizona. Our first of its kind car-free concept has been covered by the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and Forbes Magazine.

We’ve worked closely with the Aero Drone Visions team from our acquisition of the land to its present construction. Aero Drone Visions has been a creative, professional, and flexible partner Construction Progression, Timelapse, and Drone Photography media.

The Tempe-based Culdesac team learned of Aero Drone Visions Productions from Architect Lorenzo Perez of Venue Projects after they used Aero Drone Visions for two and half years during Construction of the Arrive Hotel, the first Boutique Hotel in Downtown Phoenix.

For Culdesac’s first project in Tempe, Aero Drone Visions produced our initial 2019 “Before Demolition” Video for prospective Investors to see our property on the Valley Metro light rail station, with surrounding neighborhood clips of Downtown Tempe and Tempe Town Lake. This effort boosted our fundraising efforts, which went on to exceed $100 million.

Aero Drone Visions is a collaborative partner with our onsite General Contractors, and often delivers more than expected in the monthly progression, time-lapse, and photography.  Additionally, ADV produces Monthly and sometimes Bi-Monthly Construction Progression Video with intermittent Time Lapse helping to avoid on site missteps in construction, keep Construction safe for our workforce and on time completion to satisfy all our vested Partners.

I highly recommend Aero Drone Visions if you’re in the market for a well-managed visual productions team that will deliver great value for your website, social media or advertising content.”

“I’ve been working with Aero Drone Visions (A.D.V. Media) for two years. We find they produce compelling Videos and Photography of the Community as it evolves, including monthly progress photos for our Buyers during construction. Many of our Buyers live out of town, so the Aero Drone Visions videos and photos help them stay engaged and excited throughout the construction of their home.

Comments above holds true particularly for our Toll Brothers “Sereno Canyon” Community in North Scottsdale near Tom Thumb Trailhead. Here with a different camera set they shot striking Video of the interior of our award winning “Mayne Model Home” in addition to drone Mountain Vistas and Sunset

Other  videos produced for Toll Brothers Communities include “Boulder Ranch” near Sereno Canyon and “Adero Canyon” in Fountain Hills, AZ.

I recommend working with Aero Drone Visions if you seek well managed Visual Productions of the highest quality for adding value to website, social media or advertising content.”

“Our Venue Projects team has called on Aero Drone Visions (A.D.V. Media) to document multiple high-profile redevelopment projects, including the adaptive reuse of a National Register listed 1890s hotel in Downtown Mesa and the build out of Rise Uptown Hotel in Central Phoenix, where two mid-century office buildings became a 79-key boutique hospitality campus.

We are inspired by the creative process of bringing new life to old buildings. It requires dedication, creativity, and an eye for detail—traits which Aero Drone Vision understands and exhibits. We call them because they can capture that creative process in a striking way that allows us to share each project’s unique story with the world.

We highly recommend working with Aero Drone Visions if you are in the market for high quality visual production that adds real value to your website, social media or advertising content.”
